The points given to players who make donations represent nothing more than our gratitude, that is, you are not buying points, but receiving a symbolic gratitude (in the form of points) that will benefit you in the game. You can use your points as you wish!

Your donation is a great incentive for us, and with it you directly help in the development of the project. We will apply your collaboration in stability, quality, and new resources that will be returned in your in-game experience. We do not refund values if you give up the server or for other reasons!

We from the New Tibia staff are totally impartial when dealing with players, we will not benefit or harm any player for any reason.
We are not responsible for the loss of Accounts, Characters, and Items. These should be secured by the players themselves!
We do not recover lost or stolen Accounts, Characters, and Items.
- Be careful when leaving your character leveling up with a BOT.
- Be careful with trades.
- Do not leave items in other people's houses.
- Do not leave items on depots.
- Whenever you receive an item, relog your character to ensure that those items are saved.

Your points are valid for 6 months from the day the points were credited to your account.
